Our succulent beef comes from the farm of John Quickfall...

We visit John and his farm regularly and have become good friends. He is passionate about his cattle and what he feeds them. All the food they eat is natural and it is great to see them grazing on the banks of the river Trent. Our lambs are from selected farms on the Peak District and all our meats are aged for 30 days for extra tenderness and flavour.

We source all our fruit and vegetables from the local markets. Sicluna on the Doncaster market provide all our olives. Whenever we can we buy local and wherever we can we even use local trades people. So you can be confident that you are eating local British food and that we invest back in the local economy.

We are happy to talk to anyone locally that grows anything we could use.
