Meet Luke Thomas – General Manager
Luke is an experienced pub manager who puts customer service at the heart of everything he does. Originally a baker by trade, Luke has worked in pubs man and boy with a break in between when he worked in the fast-food trade and he also had his own hospitality businesses for a time. But he was lured back to the pub trade by Batemans with the promise of a great family company behind him with the personal touch.
